Sales policy

The offer of products and services on the website coestelecom.net may vary depending on customer demand. Although coestelecom.net updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that moment. In this case, coestelecom.net will inform the customer when he/she includes that product in his/her shopping cart.

In case the customer mixes in the same order items with stock with items without stock, once the order is finalized, the web will propose a series of automatic options to choose between three different ones:

  1. Generate a single order with all the material: you can pay for the order in full and wait for all the units to be available. At that time we will send the entire order in full.
  2. You can place 2 different orders: The web will generate for these two orders automatically, one with the material currently available, which will be sent as soon as the order is placed, and another with the material out of stock that you will receive it at the moment we receive all the missing merchandise.
  3. Generate a single order only with the available material, with this option the customer can change his order and keep only the items that we have in stock at that moment. In this case, the website will automatically delete from your order all items with unavailable stock and will keep only the available ones. The customer will receive his purchase within 24/48 hours from the time the order is finalized and payment is made.

The out of stock product is shown with the last price at which it has been selling, in case the customer has decided to make the payment in advance for out of stock items and these are finally not available and/or the customer does not agree with the delivery time or the new price of the product (in case it changes) and does not wish to buy it, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Payment of Subscriptions

In the case of recurring payments, subscriptions, etc., the user gives his consent for future payments to be made on an ongoing basis initiated by the merchant (MIT Operations) and allows the deletion of his data in order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation 2016/679).

Applicable Taxes

The price of the products marketed is indicated next to the descriptive card of each one of them. Value Added Tax (VAT) is also indicated. If any other tax is applicable, this would be indicated.

Withdrawal

When the customer buys a product in our online store
www.coestelecom.net,
and then change your mind, you can request a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. The procedure is carried out from the section My Accountwhere the customer will fill in a form with the details of the product he/she wishes to return and where he/she will also find the cancellation document.

Automatically, our incident management system validates the data provided by the customer and notifies the customer by e-mail of the return code, processes a return address sticker and confirms the conditions for the return of the product.

Returns

The return period for any product is 14 calendar days and starts from the delivery of the order. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, unassembled and in perfect condition including accessories, documentation and original packaging, meaning by original packaging the product box (no bumps, dampness, tears, scratches or writing) and with all its accessories (manuals, cables, etc.). If the product to be returned does not contain all the products (accessories, original packaging…) from the factory or if the packaging shows signs of deterioration, we do not accept the return. Likewise, and in accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in the RDL 1/2007, the return of those products configured to measure (customized) will not be admitted.

The customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This shall also apply to items such as cell phones, tablets, computers, etc., devices on which security features, geolocation or patterns have been registered, activated, as the initialization of these devices requires the prior and voluntary registration of personal data, which are stored in the memory of the terminal.

Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after verifying their condition, we will proceed to refund the amount, except for shipping costs, according to the method of payment made by the customer within a period not exceeding 2 days from receipt of the returned goods.

The customer must take care at the time of the return that it does not include any product outside the coestelecom.net website because we will not be responsible for it and neither the product nor the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Return costs

In case of return of items, whose collection is made at home, the direct cost of returning the goods or service will be borne by the customer as stated in the LGCU. Depending on the geographical area, costs, conditions and shipping methods may vary.

Warranty

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defects of origin of the products. If any product does not work or is defective, the customer can process the warranty by contacting our Customer Service Department where we will help you to solve it. The procedure usually takes one day but if we have to send the product to the manufacturer the process can take approximately 15 days.

Two years of warranty for all new products and 6 months for second-hand and outlet products.

The warranty is provided in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users during the two-year period mentioned in the aforementioned Law. According to it, if the defect occurs during the first 6 months, it will be presumed that the defect already existed at the time of purchase, but if it occurs after the first 6 months, the manufacturer may require proof of conformity to demonstrate that the defect already existed at the time of purchase.

Possible damages or defects caused by improper installation, handling, protection or use, abusive or prohibited by the manufacturer are not covered by the warranty. Nor will it cover data recovery or program restoration. The warranty may also be voided if the product’s own identification labeling is tampered with without the manufacturer’s knowledge.

Merchandise delivery policy

The shipments will be prepaid included in the invoice with a door to door service and with the transport agencies contracted by us. Freight charges will be included in the invoice at very competitive prices and include the insurance of the goods.

Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours. after the purchase process is completed. Although not We cannot guarantee these deadlines, although we try to ensure that the transport companies meet them whenever possible.

Any incident in the reception of a shipment due to missing or damaged/damaged merchandise must be communicated to our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of receipt.
